new categories team leader (product development)

We are looking for a New Categories Team Leader, to join our amazing R&D Team to develop new and exciting drinks and products for our consumers across Europe. Working closely with our Blender and third parties. This is an amazing opportunity to be pivotal in growing our business and bring new and exciting products to market. You will have direct responsibility for developing new products and developing delicious creative recipes as well as finding ways for adding value to our current ranges though creative problem solving.

Specifically, you will manage a team and be responsible for delivering fantastic new products into our factories and onto the shelves across Europe. You will have to be able to manage a wide variety of projects and priorities, deal with pressure and enable to keep and eye of the bigger picture whilst being clear on what is important. Being a clear communicator and motivator is key to working with not just your team but those in our internal and external networks. Being a creative thinker and being able to see the longer term bigger picture with consumer insights is critical.
We are looking for an individual who has a great taste buds, who is creative and enable to take an idea and deliver products to first production. Experience in FMCG development with technical knowledge is advantageous. You will need to demonstrate project management and leadership, good commercial and creative accruement and good attention toe detail. Having excellent technical skills and being able to identify solutions and gaps in the market. The ability to manage multiple stakeholders is key.
