New Homes Project Manager

We have an exciting challenge for a motivated individual to join our New Homes Team as a Project Manager. As the vital internal link between Development and our Operational businesses, you will facilitate the transition of new build properties into occupation & management. You will work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, communicating complex legal and contractual information while managing changing timeframes. From day one, you will be responsible for multiple projects, ensuring your internal client's perspective and requirements are effectively represented throughout the project lifecycle. Whether it's ensuring timely information delivery or maintaining the highest quality of our homes, you will be pivotal in achieving smooth handovers every time.,

• Act as the primary liaison between Development and client teams
• Manage the delivery of new build properties into Housing Management
• Distil complex information and share it with stakeholders in a way that is easy for them to understand
• Handle changing timeframes and help to mitigate risks for your clients
• Represent the client's perspective and requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure the finish quality of new homes always meets the NHG standard

• Ability to read basic drawings and floor plans
