Full Job Description

As our next New Model Quality Graduate, you will manage multiple conflicting tasks at any one-time. You'll interpret high-level programme objectives to understand the tasks to be undertaken by the Quality teams and create plans to ensure deliverables are met. You will also work closely with the Quality Engineering teams to cascade vehicle programme requirements and obtain status updates. Working within this team you'll be responsible for creating and managing Vehicle Inspection Standards and Evaluation Instructions to enable accurate assessment of vehicle build performance. You will also drive the implementation of lessons learned to ensure the robustness of new designs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead fixture build activities, with the responsibility of controlling the budget and liaising with other departments to meet all requirements., Within this role, there is an opportunity to progress and become a New Model Quality Project Leader. You will gain skills and experience that will allow you to work across the Quality department, or the departments associated with new product launches. You'll be based at our Gaydon headquarters, with occasional travel to other sites within the UK and Europe.

  • Be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • BEng Engineering degree within any discipline
  • Ability to work with others cross functionally and communicate well across all levels

    A starting salary of £34,200 with performance-based increments.
