We're looking for enthusiastic and ambitious dentists in the infancy of their careers to join our Private and NHS practices.

We provide a formal programme of support and ongoing development to ensure your achieving your full potential whist providing the highest level of care possible to patients.,

• We arrange hands on-study days with experienced speakers in restorative dentistry, endodontics, clinical photography, composite bonding and oral surgery to allow you to refine your skills and apply them to practice.


• A dedicated Clinical Support Lead who will hold regular group Zoom meetings, and drop-in sessions so you can discuss clinical cases and answer any of your queries.


• Support at practice level with an experienced clinical lead on site


• The opportunity to network with other FD+1's and our wider clinical team.


• Freedom in running your own diary, you choose your appointment times to suit you

How much does it cost to join the Fd+1 scheme?

Nothing at all! All the hands-on days, remote sessions and support is completely free for you to use as needed.

We listen to our colleagues and it became apparent joining a practice could be stressful an often a daunting process. so our FD+1 Scheme was launched to support FD+1's transition to an associate within our practices.

The positive feedback from our current FD+1's was so overwhelming we decided to keep it a permanent fixture!!
