Full Job Description
All we need you to have is
- This vacancy is for candidates who currently have the Right to Work in the UK (do not require a visa) and have studied for their Paramedic qualification in the UK We are looking for individuals who have an approved degree in paramedic science/practice or working towards and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) on completion of this approved degree.,
- A full valid UK driving licence (including Category B and Category C1 with no more than 3 points. (minimum of a Provisional C1 on your licence in order for your application to be shortlisted).
- A Paramedic Science degree recognised by the HCPC
- Able to commit to a 7 week (full-time) training programme (paid) and on-going shift work

- The 7 week training programme is paid but is not residential so you will need to be able to get to the venue and back on your own
- If your application demonstrates that you are what we are looking for, then you will be invited to attend our fitness assessment which take place from one of our Education Centres as well as an online interview before an offer can be made
- All successful candidates who are offered a job with us will have to undertake clearance from the DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) and our Occupational Health department
- You will be asked to complete a location preference form at conditional offer stage. We will take into account your preferences on where you wish to work, and best match this to our available vacancies at the time. We can't guarantee placing you in your first preference but we will do our very best, Holiday entitlement of 27 days, rising to 29 days after 5 years' service and 33 days after 10 years' service, plus an additional 8 days bank holiday (pro rata for part time).

- Corporate Induction in person, this is held over one and half days from our educational centres based in: Newbury (Berkshire), Bicester (Oxfordshire) or Whiteley (Hampshire). More specific details will be sent to you once your start date has been confirmed.
