Newly Qualified Preceptee Nurse

As a newly qualified Registered Nurse, you will be enrolled in Elysium's Preceptorship Academy, which provides 12 months of expert support, training, and supervision to help you apply your academic knowledge in real-life situations. You will work 37.5 hours per week (12-hour shifts) at Thornford Park, a combination of medium secure and low secure units and rehabilitation flats, where you will support individuals with mental health conditions through their recovery pathway. No two days are the same, and you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing personalized assessment and treatment programs.
