Fixed Term, Term-Time

There couldn't be a more exciting time to join Strode College as our NSSW College Co-ordinator. With our new digital facilities and a £25m rebuild, there are some big changes ahead and a lot to shout about.

Strode College is a good college, and we are on a journey to outstanding. Our community plays a big part in what we do, and this role will have a key part in helping our students transition from College into the local and wider education community.

This role will support and encourage students to consider Higher Education as an option for their next step, empower students to achieve as highly as they can and identify and overcome barriers to participation.

You will be proactive and enthusiastic about young people and be ambitious for them. You will be committed to high standards in all that you do. You will be working with a broad range of people throughout the organisation and beyond so excellent communication skills are a must!

Contractual Details

Rate of Pay or Salary: £26,414 pro rata per annum.

Working Time: 15 hours a week, term time.

Contract Type: Fixed Term until 30 June 2025

Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)
