Full Job Description
Optegra has an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Clinical Lead / Matron to spearhead the delivery of NHS insourcing services, ensuring high quality patient care and operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with NHS Trusts, insourcing teams, and clinical staff to support the delivery of healthcare services within NHS facilities, helping to reduce waiting lists and optimise capacity. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and developing business and benefit from our fantastic fully funded training and development programs., As the Clinical Lead, you will oversee clinical governance, manage clinical teams, and ensure that insourcing services align with NHS standards and frameworks. You will be pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration between insourced clinicians and NHS staff, maintain clinical excellence, and meeting performance targets.
- Proven experience in a senior clinical role within the NHS or healthcare sector, ideally with experience in insourcing, waiting list management, or service delivery.
- Strong understanding of NHS clinical governance, regulatory requirements, and service frameworks.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders, and drive clinical improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration between insourced teams and NHS staff.
