Night Care Assistant

We are looking for a care assistant to join our team at Claydon Lodge.

In order to be successful in the role of a Care Assistant it will require you to:

• Communicate effectively and professionally with all residents, staff and visitors to the home.


• Taking part in activities that are occurring throughout the home as and when required.


• Having compassion towards the residents and ensuring their needs are met at all times.


• When required assist residents to external appointments.


• Assist with personal care and occasionally assisting with meal times.


• Continually work as part of a team


• Providing care and support to all our service users with activities of daily living.


• Contribute to care plan reviews.

• The willingness and ability to go above and beyond for the home and residents


• Have a positive attitude and should be reliable and punctual.

Job Type / Category

You will need to be passionate about providing outstanding care for our residents and flexible to work shifts. Shift time: 8.00pm - 8.00am. 3/4 shifts per week., Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training can be given. QCF2 or 3 in health and social care desirable.
