Night Care Assistant

Our Night Care Assistants are responsible for the routine care and safety needs of the children within the home during the night. They provide responsive care and support using a person-centred approach based on the individual needs of the children and their families.
Night Care Assistant roles attract the following additional payments. This post is an overnight role, for the most part, and will include weekend and bank holiday working, as well as attendance at team meetings and reflective practice sessions. Night Care Assistants have the support of a Residential Childrens Worker who will sleep in, and wake, should the need arise.
