Night Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities: As a Night Support Worker, you will: -Assist residents with personal care, including washing, hygiene, and dressing -Promote residents' independence, dignity, and choice by delivering high-quality, person-centred care -Keep accurate and timely care documentation -Support residents in accessing external healthcare services, including third-party and NHS services -Collaborate with a dynamic team and use your initiative to provide outstanding care -Encourage positive lifestyle choices, helping residents live their best possible lives
