We are currently recruiting for motivated, experienced and enthusiastic individuals for Night Carer Assistants.

We specialise in dementia care and always strive to provide the best care for our residents. Night shifts run from 8pm - 8am.
The right candidate will be offered support through mentorship and training program to ensure they have all the right tools to succeed in their role as well as "on the job" training that is provided., The below indicates only the main duties and responsibilities of the post. It is not intended as an exhaustive list.
Assist service users in maintaining their personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, pressure relief needs and meeting continence needs. following their personalized care plans and individual routines.
Assist service users who may require help with managing meals, assistance with meals and drinks following personalized nutritional meal needs and requirements.
Assist the activity and lifestyle support team with activities in and out of the home, organized trips and daily outings that may be planned.
Report both verbally and in writing on service users general condition and well being on a daily basis reporting to senior and documenting in daily living folders/notes
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
Assist Seniors/ Nurse assistants in maintaining records and notes on each shift
Tidying rooms, making beds, cleaning of bodily fluids where necessary.
Assist in the collection of specimens and samples
Act as a chaperone for medical and professional staff as required, including nurses, social workers and any other professional that may visit the home.
Assist in the care of all service users through the delivery of individual planned care programs
Promote independence and dignity of service users
Talk and listen to service users
Report complaints to the most senior staff member as soon as they are made

This position is subject to proven eligibility to work in the UK and a satisfactory enhanced DBS in the event of a successful application.
Staff may be required to wear PPE including masks, undergo regular LFT and PCR testing if required according to government guidelines at the time.
