Full Job Description
- Learning and practicing various cooking methods under the supervision of senior chefs, with a focus on night operations.
- Regularly cleaning and sanitizing kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards during night shifts.
- Performing tasks as directed by senior chefs, such as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, to assist in meal preparation and service during night time hours.
- Helping to receive, check, and store deliveries of fresh food and supplies, ensuring proper storage for night use.
- Observing and participating in different sections of the kitchen during night shifts to gain comprehensive knowledge and experience.
Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and support the kitchen team. Possess foundational knowledge of food preparation techniques and a commitment to following food safety and hygiene standards.
