Night Manager

As Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests and staff during the night and as an ambassador to the hotel, you will use your expertise to always deliver a first-class service to all guests. You will ensure a minimum of 2 security checks are carried out on each shift, with emphasis on fire safety and overall security of the building as well as conducting the nightly audit to close the day's business and liaise with the accounts team to ensure accuracy. You will be required to set up conference rooms for meetings and events, along with setting up for weddings. You will also, recruit, train and develop the Night team to ensure we provide an exceptional guest experience.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess expereince in a similar, managerial night auditor role with knowledge on Front Office management systems such as Opera. You will also have previous Front Office experience in a supervisory/management capacity in a Mid-scale or Luxury property is required
Previous customer service and general computer experience required. You should also be abe to display knowlege of the local area.

Please note, this role is working 5 night shifts out of 7 on a Rota basis, including weekends. Typical shifts are 10:30pm - 7am, as the business requires.
