Night Manager

Ensure that all guests receive an exceptional level of customer service.
Supervise and coordinate all duties of the night shift staff.
Enforce security policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits of staff performance.
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel during the night shift.
Monitor the hotel's energy management system and ensure that the hotel is in compliance with all applicable laws.
Handle guest complaints and inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a hospitality management role.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
