An opportunity has arisen for a Night Manager to join us Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

  • Manage night audit procedures, including financial reporting and balancing accounts.

  • Ensure security protocols are followed, conducting regular safety checks throughout the property.

  • Coordinate with other departments to address any urgent needs or emergencies.

  • Supervise and support night staff, providing guidance and assistance as needed.

  • Prepare and distribute daily reports to management regarding night operations.

  • Address any guest inquiries or requests, ensuring a high level of customer service.

  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas during the night.

  • Act as the main point of contact for any emergencies, making decisions in the absence of senior management.

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel management or supervisory roles, preferably within night operations.

  • Strong knowledge of front desk procedures, including check-ins, check-outs, and night audits.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest complaints and emergencies calmly and effectively.

  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in supervising staff.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
