Night Manager - London

As the Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the hotel's overnight operations, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across all departments. Working closely with all Managers, you will need to be adaptable and ready to handle various scenarios across Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen. Your leadership and ability to perform under pressure will be key in maintaining our exceptional service standards.,

• Serve as the liaison between the General Manager, guests, and the operational team
• Constantly monitor and uphold our high service standards
• Ensure the security of the hotel throughout the night
• Conduct regular health and safety checks
• Deliver and maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Establish and nurture strong, professional relationships with guests
• Manage and respond to any incidents or accidents involving guests or team members
• Provide operational support to all departments as needed
• Run night audits and produce nightly reports for senior managers
  
  Previous experience as a Night Manager or Head of Department in a 5-star hotel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a drive to maintain high standards
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities
• Resilience and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with Micros and Opera systems is desirable
