Night Porter

Your duties will include:

• Check guests in and out.
• Run the night audit.
• Answering the telephone and addressing any enquiries.
• Look after any guest requests.
• Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures.
• Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required.
• Complete night cleaning checklist
• Set any event rooms as and when required for the next day.
  
  The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and efficient. You will have excellent customer service and care. Experience with opera booking systems would be advantageous but not essential.
