Full Job Description

Role Summary: The management of the Hotel and associated areas through the night and to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests. The business needs to be ready to open at 7.30am every day with hotel standards in place and compliant.

Role Responsibilities:

To ensure that customer service is at the heart of everything that you do
To coordinate the entire night operation around the customer's needs
To manage the night in accordance with your checklists
To ensure that procedures are adhered to at all times
To ensure you have the duty phone on you at all times, in good working order, and answer within 5 rings
To ensure that thorough walks of the property are conducted every 3 hours and any issues or disturbances are dealt with in a professional manner
Conduct a handover with the Duty Manager to find out if there is any support required in any department before starting night tasks
To ensure the Hotel and associated areas are securely shut down at the appropriate time with door securely locked
To ensure the hotel and associated areas are opened at the appropriate time
Handover to senior management every morning
To be an ambassador for the Hotel at all times

Previous experience within a similar role is preferred.
