We are looking for an exceptional Night porter (flexible contract) to come and join us at Richmond Hill Hotel. Located in the heart of London's greenest borough, we are an independently owned Georgian hotel, just a stone through from the royal park. This is London's gateway to nature. Our team are the heart and soul of everything we do at the hotel, and their hard work and dedication have earned us recognition from prestigious organizations such as The Sunday Times and The Caterer for being one of the leading employers in the industry. The award-winning culture at the hotel is progressive, independent, and free-spirited - it's just the fabric of the buildings that's historic, not our approach to business. From our paint to our people, we are a refreshing break from the cookie-cutter hotel chain experience, and we encourage everyone to bring their authentic, best selves to work every day. It doesn't take lavishness or luxury to make someone feel special. Instead, we believe it takes genuine care, thoughtfulness and a team empowered to be creative with their service. These are the qualities that keep our guests coming back time and again. What's in it for you? We believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional people. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer: - Salary sacrifice schemes for a bike, laptop, or gym membership; - Free access to our onsite gym, meals on duty, and parking; - A "refer a friend" scheme with up to 500 incentive; - Bespoke career development with training opportunities; - Flexible working patterns and much more, An independent destination hotel situated steps away from Richmond's Royal Park, we've been serving hilltop magic for our guests for nearly 300 years. With 143 guest bedrooms, 13 meeting rooms, treatment room and gym as well as a recently refurbished restaurant and bar, it's an exciting time to join the team at Richmond Hill Hotel. Our team is at the heart of everything we achieve here at Richmond Hill Hotel - our overwhelmingly positive reviews are testament to the hard work our teams put in. We're committed to creating a great place for our teams to work and we're delighted to have twice been finalists for 'Employer of the Year' and won a People award for our Team Engagement amongst other accolades. We're always on the lookout for enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team to deliver unforgettable customer service and create exceptional experiences for the modern-day traveller.
