Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Night Receptionist to join our existing Reception Team to work in our Main Administration Building.

You will be required to work 9:00pm - 7:00am on a 2 shift basis including some bank holidays. (4 on 4 off )

The role will involve:

  • Evening lock up and securing buildings and gates across site

  • Monitoring CCTV system (including main drive and barrier).

  • Site patrols

  • Escalating security and emergency incidents where necessary

  • Meet & greet emergency services and direct to incident & handover information files & offer assistance if required.

  • Monitoring fire & intruder alarms and generator panel and responding where necessary

  • Recording events/actions/incidents in log book

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks.

    The successful candidate will be warm and friendly with excellent communication skills; they will be flexible and committed to working as part of a team. Experience of Microsoft Office is desirable as is previous experience of working in a reception / administrative and/or security role front of house.

    Residential services for adults, either living in accommodation at our 165 acres in Warford or in one of our houses in a local town or village in Cheshire.

    Adult day opportunities which develop social and vocational skills with the potential to lead to employment opportunities.

    Access to therapy, nursing, medical and behaviour support if appropriate to an individual's needs.

    David Lewis provides care 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Hence, the post does require working early, late and weekend shifts as required.
