Full Job Description
- Check guests in and out.
- Run the Nights Audit.
- Answering the telephone and address any enquiries.
- Look after any guest requests.
- Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures.
- Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required.
- Complete nights cleaning checklist
- Set any event rooms as and when required for the next day.
The ideal candidate will have a valid driving licence, experience working in a large hotel and be proficient with Opera software.

The Europa is a 246-bedroom hotel which offers excellent value and comfort, as well as first class facilities.
