Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process for guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Security: Monitor the security of the hotel during the night, conducting regular checks and addressing any concerns.

Night Audit: Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Night Owl: Comfortable working night shifts, with the ability to stay alert and attentive.

Customer Service: Passionate about providing excellent service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
