Night Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant in a Greensleeves Care Home, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager. You will lead, facilitate, and participate in staff meetings, staff training, supervision, appraisals, and development activities. You can also expect to administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans. You should have a RQF diploma in Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent) with previous experience in providing care at a similar level. You will be familiar and experienced in the safe administration of medication and be committed to providing person centred care to residents.
