Night Shift Hotel Receptionist

In this part-time role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless overnight experience while delivering friendly and professional service to our valued guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments, and generating daily reports in close collaboration with the Front Office Manager.
• Providing outstanding customer service during guest check-ins/check-outs and assisting with inquiries at the Front Desk.
• Ensuring effective communication of any issues during handovers at the start and end of each shift.
• Spend some time cleaning our meeting rooms.
• Security checks

During the night shift, you could be working independently, so prior experience in hotel front desk operations is essential. We're also looking for candidates with the following skills:
• Strong computer proficiency; experience with Opera V5 or Opera Cloud is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks.
