Full Job Description

  • Maintaining security of our premises by correctly identifying residents on CCTV before letting them in.

  • Making hot drinks and microwave meals.

  • Remaining alert at all times.

  • Responding swiftly to any incidents and when required, contacting emergency services.

  • Some cleaning and laundry.

  • Remain professional at all times.

    Seeking night-shift workers for emergency short-term accommodation. Although not essential, the role would suit an individual with experience in NHS shift work, community support or prison type environments, as the job involves dealing with vulnerable adults. However, this is not a requirement. We are looking for individuals who share in the ethos of a well-run, comfortable accommodation for vulnerable adults and who maintain a high standard of professionalism. This can be a challenging role at times and so a good level of confidence is required to provide a presence to deter any anti-social behaviour amongst the residents., Candidates will be reliable, a team player and turn-up to shifts on time.

  • Able to manage confrontation when upholding the house rules.

  • Clean DBS

    Competitive pay of £13 per hour
