Full Job Description

We are looking for a Night Support Worker to join our small team and provide a person centred, needs led service to up to 5 adults with a learning and/or physical disability.

We are looking for someone to join an experienced and long-standing staff team at Jasmine House, Hampshire. We use a person-centred approach focusing on supporting people to make their own choices, follow their own interests and gain independence. We empower people to choose how they want to live their life.

THE ROLE OF A NIGHT SUPPORT WORKER

o To support the Home Manager and Senior Support Workers in the smooth running of the home.
o To effectively work with your colleagues to promote the health, independence, choice respect, dignity, rights, safety and welfare of the residents at all times.
o To act in a professional manner as a representative of the Company at all times.
o To work as part of a team with all your colleagues.
o To complete all daily, weekly and monthly records and documentation as required.

ABOUT THE SERVICE

Jasmine House provides support and accommodation for up to five adults with mild learning disabilities, physical disabilities and autism.

Staff at Jasmine House have shown proven effectiveness in contributing to the quality of life of the residents, whilst maintaining a comfortable and friendly environment.

You do not need to have experience to be a fantastic Night Support Worker. What you need is a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the people we support, a desire to learn and a genuine caring attitude.
