Night Team Leader

The role of the Night Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to a team of social care workers, whilst making sure you always provide the highest level of care and lead by example. You will also liaise with the Management Team in the service reporting any matters of concern. You must have experience in the care sector and have the willingness to learn and expand on your previous knowledge.,

• Taking the lead with supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential care environment
• Supervising a team and assisting with the overall management of the service
• Liaising with managers and other shift leaders
• Executing any tasks allocated in a professional, timely and accurate manner
• Supervising and sharing mealtimes with those we care for to encourage a positive attitude towards food and dining
• Using your initiative when supporting those we care for during their activities and with day-to-day tasks
  
  All Team Leaders at this service must already have or commit to undertaking a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care qualification.
  
  Hours: 40
Salary: £26,000 to £26,000 Annum Please note that the pay rate for successful applicants under the age of 21 may be slightly lower, starting at £10.52ph in accordance with legal provisions for minimum wage differences based on age. This is reflective of the statutory guidance and is not indicative of the value we believe each team member brings to our company. The role consists of night shift work and weekends on a rota basis.
