Are you a caring individual living in the Portsmouth area looking for a role where you can give back to those living in your community? We are recruiting for a Part-Time Night Wake Support Worker at Brunel Court. What will I be doing as a Night Wake Support Worker? As a Night Wake Support Worker you will be working with residents to live independently within the service and local community by

Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
Supporting with medication administration
Supporting with meal preparation
Supporting with day-to-day household duties
Supporting with any other day routines our clients have
