Full Job Description

Due to the ongoing expansion of our operations, we're on the lookout for Warehouse Operative to join our team in Gatwick

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the safe loading and unloading of stock from delivery vehicles within our hub. Responsibilities encompass efficiently organizing loads into delivery routes, utilizing scanning procedures when required, and preparing bulk palettes for our drivers. Ensuring load security and communicating load conditions to drivers, including necessary paperwork production, will be among your key tasks.

Your Schedule: Monday - Friday, Nights.

Your Duties as a Warehouse Operative will Include:

  • Safe loading and unloading of stock from delivery vehicles within hub.

  • Efficiently organizing loads into delivery routes, utilizing scanning procedures when required

  • Ensuring load security and communicating load conditions to drivers, including necessary paperwork production.

    A comprehensive understanding of health and safety, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to function seamlessly within a team are key for success in this role., Reliable, approachable, flexible, with a good sense of humour .

  • Our ideal candidate possesses a flexible attitude towards working hours, demonstrating a willingness to engage in overtime as needed.

  • Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves walking, standing, lifting, and stretching, with occasional heavy lifting requirements.
