Night Warehouse Supervisor

We're looking to bring in a talented Night Warehouse Supervisor,to manage and oversee all processes and procedures, to ensure all KPIs and targets for your team are achieved across the operationfor our new contract in Bradford. This is a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 6pm to 6am.,

• Supervision and overseeing of the operation, ensuring shifts are run effectively
• Managing customer relationships, both indirectly and face to face on site
• Driving on-site loading efficiency and looking at ways we can improve
• Lead, manage and engage your team to get the best out of the shift.
• Ensure compliance of all relevant H&S legislation and local procedures, including reporting and investigation of accidents and/or near-miss incidents or Hazards which could lead to a Major Accident Hazard initiator.
• Ensure full compliance with any roles and responsibilities allocated within the On-site Emergency Plan.
• Provide regular feedback relating to the progress of work and end of day / shift handover information and undertake shift briefs.
• Comfortably communicate effectively with all levels of the business internally and external.
• Work closely with the customer on site to understand their requirements and how you would achieve them.
• Managing your shifts performance making sure the required KPI's are met.
• Allocate jobs to all staff members making sure you prioritise the workload.

• A strong personality with the ability to effectively manage drivers, push for operational excellence and challenge the status quo.
• It literate - Good understanding of Microsoft office packages (Word & Excel)
