Full Job Description

Are you a positive role model looking for an exciting, new career opportunity providing invaluable support to children and young people?, Working in partnership with the local authority, the home will provide child-centered care to young people who need specific support and safeguarding. A working day in a Residential Childcare setting can be unpredictable with varying duties. The role of Residential Youth Support Worker for young people with complex needs can be challenging and will require staff members to work as a team and be confident in responding to and safeguarding the young people in our care.

+ A willingness to work towards or current qualification in QCF level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
+ A full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
+ Flexibility to work shifts, including long days and sleep-ins.
