NISHH County Recall Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Northamptonshire Integrated Sexual Health Service (NISHH) within the countywide coding and recall team (CaRT) as the Service Lead in this area. NISHH undertake thousands of pathology tests annually as part of the service provided to the residents of Northamptonshire and out of area in relation to their sexual health needs. The successful post holder will be responsible for management of test results, ensuring that episodes are coded correctly along with coordinating the recall of patients for the clinical management of test results. Close liaison with the pathology laboratories will be required to ensure timely receipt of accurate results. In addition, the post holder will be responsible for the line management of a team of band four administrators working within this arm of the service.

The successful candidate for this post should be an enthusiastic, committed team member, a good communicator and a non-judgmental, discreet individual. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for the role, as well as a thorough understanding of confidentiality within a sexual health service context must be demonstrated.
