Nominal Management Sergeant - Sergeant - Counter Terrorism Policing WM

is predominately working x hours Monday to Friday, but an element of flexibility is needed to meet business needs and to cover an on-call function.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and behaving in line with the Police Code of Ethics ensuring that the force values and behavioural expectations are clearly understood and considered by managers, officers and staff in their decision making and actions;

reinforcing and influencing them through all interactions and processes.

• Proactively managing the performance, attendance and wellbeing of police officers and police staff against the require standards to ensure they are dealt with and supported in accordance with the correct policies and procedures.


• Supervising and evaluating the intelligence flow relating to regionally-managed nominals and in collaboration with the Security Service employ effective responses and strategies to manage risk.


• Enhance and develop collaborative partnership with statutory partners (Probation, HMCS, Prison etc) and Non Statutory Partners.
