NPI and Production Program Manager - The Company:

Our client is a global leader in advanced engineered solutions, specialising in high-performance materials and manufacturing processes for the aerospace and industrial sectors. They are looking for a NPI and Production Program Manager to join their successful team.

NPI and Production Program Manager - Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams for new and existing product programs.
  • Drive program execution from development to production, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage NPI revenue targets, maintain program documentation, and track milestones.
  • Facilitate risk assessments and implement APQP processes for new products.
  • Regularly update leadership on program status and handle customer communication.
  • Coordinate with customers for timely information acquisition and organise reviews.
  • Engage in continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and optimising processes.
NPI and Production Program Manager - Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering; 5+ years in new product development.
  • Experience in investment casting and customer management.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven with urgency and the ability to manage complex program plans.
NPI and Production Program Manager – Salary & Benefits:
  • £40,000 - £50,000pa
  • AXA private healthcare (single membership)
  • Pension Salary Sacrifice Scheme employee contribution 4% employer 5% (up to 10%) no cap for employee
