Full Job Description

As a Newly Qualified (NQ) Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial property matters. You will assist in managing property transactions, supporting senior solicitors, and advising clients on legal issues related to commercial property. This role offers an excellent platform for building your expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic legal environment.,

  • Assist in managing commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
  • Provide support to senior solicitors in advising clients on commercial property matters such as development, property finance, and lease agreements.
  • Help draft and negotiate legal documents, including contracts and leases.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring clear communication and delivering high-quality legal advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the efficient handling of cases and the successful resolution of legal issues.

    Qualified Solicitor, newly qualified (NQ) or up to 1 year of PQE in commercial property law.
  • Some experience in commercial property transactions or exposure to real estate law during training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop your expertise in commercial property law.
