As a Newly Qualified (NQ) Private Family Law Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of family law matters, supporting clients through divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements.   • Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements.
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring the highest level of client care and professionalism.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, and settlement agreements.
  • Support negotiations and mediation to resolve disputes amicably where possible.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a reliable advisor throughout the legal process.
  • Stay informed about changes in family law and contribute to the firm's professional development initiatives.

    Qualified Solicitor, Newly Qualified (NQ) or up to 1 year of experience in private family law.
  • Some exposure to handling family law matters, either through training or previous roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude towards professional development and keeping updated on family law changes.
