Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Newly Qualified (NQ) Private Client Solicitor to join a prestigious law firm based in Central London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment, working with a well-established team on a diverse range of private client matters.,

  • Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on all aspects of private client work, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
  • Drafting and reviewing wills, trust deeds, and related documentation.
  • Assisting with tax-efficient estate planning and advising on inheritance tax issues.
  • Supporting the team with the administration of estates, including complex and high-value estates.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering high-quality legal advice tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant changes in private client law and regulations.

    Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with a completed seat in private client law during their training contract.
  • Strong academic background with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrable interest in private client law and working with high-net-worth clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proactive and organized approach to managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of international aspects of private client work is an advantage.
  • STEP qualification or an interest in pursuing STEP membership.
