Full Job Description

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Advising clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing processes and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting title reviews, drafting contracts, and handling post-completion formalities.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth and timely transaction progression.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records.
  • Ensuring exceptional client care and building strong professional relationships.
