Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Partnership Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of this strategic partnership. Reporting to the Director of the Institute of Sport, you will work closely with researchers, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver key objectives, ensuring governance compliance and facilitating funding opportunities.,
- Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary liaison between Manchester Met and Nuffield Health stakeholders.
- Coordinate research activities, including ethics approvals, governance systems, and reporting mechanisms.
- Support research teams through the development of funding proposals and project plans.
- Provide regular updates and reports to partnership boards and stakeholders.

- A degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience demonstrating high-level literacy and numeracy skills.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial systems and governance in externally funded projects. Desirable Skills
- Project management certification.
