Youll be part of a vibrant, multidisciplinary team, providing 1:1 nursing care, symptom management, palliative and end-of-life support, and planned short breaks at the hospice. Working alongside Music Therapists, Complementary Therapists, and our Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) team, youll contribute to our holistic approach to care in an environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
