Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the community nursing service in Halton. Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Nursing Associate looking for a new challenge? You will join a team of nurses delivering high quality care to patients who are housebound. This includes palliative care, wound care, catheter care and phlebotomy. If you feel you have the right skills to care for patients in their home environment, then we would like to hear from you. You must be willing to work within an integrated team and develop your skills and knowledge. Community nursing is evolving at a fast pace, and you must be able to embrace change., The Nursing Associate will assist in the identification of health needs and participate in the delivery and evaluation of care interventions developed to meet those needs under the supervision of a registered Practitioner. Supervision may be direct/indirect depending upon competency/complexity of work. The post holder will continue to develop and undertake a range of delegated tasks and will report to a Registered Practitioner.

Flexible working will be considered for all roles.
