Monday - Friday - 0800 - 1900 Weekends & Bank Holidays - 0800 - 1200 37.5 hours per week, As a Registered Nurse Associate, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Provide outstanding care to our patients, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them
- You will contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, wellbeing and clinics as well as assisting patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Deliver non-judgemental care involving anything from health promotion clinics and observations to supporting the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care within healthcare centres and on wings and house blocks.
- Inspire excellence by forging strong links within our teams, our partners and stakeholders and providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within and feel proud of
- Promote best practice, evidence based care and continuous quality improvement embedding a culture of shared learning. You will promote patient wellbeing through our overarching Wellbeing
- Approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding to our patients. Qualified Nurse Associate - Currently registered with the NMC
- Training to level 3 in the safeguarding of vulnerable people
- Demonstrate current/recent preceptorship pathway since joining the NMC register
- Evidence of post registration CPD in areas relating to current practice Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment. This position is full time, youll receive an annual from £28,247 up to £32,346 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
