Full Job Description

Our Nurses for Complex Care work as part of our teams to lead registered and non-registered nurses, taking overall responsibility for the assessment, management and evaluation of care delivered to our patients., You will have responsibility for performance and clinical activity in relation to patient safety, effectiveness of care interventions and patient experience.

We offer a formal in-service training programme to facilitate your professional development and you will be fully supported by your senior leadership team to undertake formal training modules to fully meet the requirements of the job.

You will also actively participate in regular supervision and appraisal review and as part of your induction to the job, you will spend time working alongside other Nurses for Complex Care across the community nursing service., with our flexible working policy. For all substantive roles, new staff (excluding medical staff) are appointed subject to a 6-month probationary period (see Probation Policy). All jobs will require permission to work in the UK.
