Nurse (Older Adults)

As a qualified Nurse with current NMC registration, you'll be responsible for the whole patient experience, dealing with clinical diagnosis and treatment. Surrounded by a well-resourced multi-disciplinary team, you'll be fully supported in your role to provide the highest quality, person-centred care to our residents.

Your knowledge and understanding of elderly care and experience of involving residents, families or carers in care planning, monitoring and evaluating services is essential. With fantastic relationship building skills, you'll share our commitment to creating an inclusive culture, where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
