Nurse Practitioner

An opportunity has arisen for an Minor Illness practice Nurse to join our friendly team. We are a busy Practice in Hertfordshire, we comprise of 4 partners; have a friendly and supportive team of reception and admin staff, and a skilled nursing team who support the partners in caring for a population of 1300 + patients. We are a SystmOne practice., To provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for patients in line with current evidence based guidelines as well as providing Minor ill assistance to the Doctors and other members of the Primary Healthcare Team.

We are a friendly high achieving practice in Hertfordshire with a new purpose bult Surgery which we moved into in 2017 The Team consist of.

We are looking for a permanent part time Practice Nurse who is enthusiastic and committed to providing good quality health care and who would like to join our friendly practice team.

The Practice Nurse will see patients, they will treat, and review, referring as necessary. They will also undertake a role in managing long term conditions and work within a multi-disciplinary team to prevent unplanned hospital admissions.

It is envisaged that the post-holder will expand their role in accordance with practice requirements and their own scope of practice.

The salary we offer will be dependent upon experience.
