Full Job Description

We are delighted to offer the opportunity to join Ward C2as a Nurse Practitioner. The Ward is a Hyper Acute Neuro Rehab ward. The successful candidate will be caring for patients who have undergone brain and spinal injuries. We are a large team of nurses, doctors, therapists and our practitioners deliver patient care on a daily basis. The successful candidate should be expert in all areas of nursing care from patient's admission to discharge, which facilitates clinical practice development. You will actively support the ward/unit manager, ensuring the effective running of the ward/unit in their absence as well as providing daily clinical and managerial leadership to nursing and support staff in the delivery of evidence-based patient centred care.,
