Full Job Description
- To ensure outstanding levels of care are provided to the Individuals living within the service by monitoring and improving the clinical expertise of all clinical staff (Carers, HCAs, SHCAs and Nurses) within the home by means of assessing competencies and facilitating training within the service., To support mandatory training function across Centres by supporting the management team to allocate staff for daily sessions, maintaining accurate training records and encouraging training attendance.
- To provide safe and competent training to facilitate the transition of staff development from Carer to Senior Healthcare Assistant through the completion of their Tracheostomy, Suctioning, Ventilator and Cough Assist competencies, following organisational career progression pathways.
