Link3 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 2 qualified or Unqualified Nursery Assistant who is willing to undertake an apprenticeship to join our nursery in London, Battersea, SW8., + Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
+ Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children s learning and development.
+ Monitor and record children s progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
+ Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children.
+ Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
+ Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure a clean and safe environment.
+ Administer first aid when necessary and maintain accurate records.
+ Work collaboratively with other nursery staff to deliver excellent childcare.
+ Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
+ Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child s progress.
+ Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
+ Stay updated with the latest best practices in early childhood education.
