Nursery Assistant

The post is 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 7.00 am - 6.00 pm, 52 weeks a year., The role will involve supporting senior staff members in providing care and delivering activities for children aged 3 months - 4 years.

Experience working in a similar setting is desirable but not essential, as is an understanding of role of The Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and their regulations relating to Daycare.
The successful applicant The successful applicant must hold a minimum of a Level 2 Childcare qualification.
It is desirable that you hold up to date training in Safeguarding, Food Safety, Paediatric First Aid, however, this is not essential and full training can be given.
An Enhanced DBS check will be required for the role, the cost of the DBS must be met by the applicant.
